Technical professionals in industry are charged to provide effective planning, selection, implementation, and management of technology in today’s fast paced, global markets. Career paths and responsibilities of technical professionals include project management, process improvement, and leadership of technical teams.
 
The University of Idaho’s College of Engineering announces a new M.S. degree in Technology Management which is geared towards individuals from a variety of fields who want to improve their work practices or move into management positions in a technical organization.
 
The program begins fall semester 2011 and is available to students in Moscow, Idaho Falls, Boise and any place else online through the college’s Engineering Outreach program.
