Project Description:
A group of Moscow residents came up with ideas for a neighborhood park & possible pedestrian crossing at the dead ends of 3rd Street. This bridge, located on east 3rd St, Moscow, would cross Paradise Creek and connect central Moscow to Mt View. An efficient east-west route for pedestrians and bicyclists through Moscow would solve numerous transportation issues for Moscow.
