Moscow owns property at the westerly end of ‘A’ Street next to the Washington/Idaho state line for a future well. The suggested project would be the design of a complete well facility including water rights acquisition, well drilling permit, well drilling specs, site layout, pump house and plumbing design, electrical and landscaping.
