Project Description:
Structural design of: engineered wood beams and columns; large timber beams and columns; floor joist, roof joists, deck joists; steel beams and columns; foundations; retaining walls; basement walls; incorporate soil report recommendations; possible design of drilled piers; possible design/detailing for expansive soils. Preparation of structural framing plans, elevations, and details using CAD.
