RESEARCH CENTER/INSTITUTE CONTRIBUTIONS FOR ANNUAL
ENGINEERING RESEARCH REPORT

Director of Center/Institute should complete the following form (cut and paste from your text editor) and forward by choosing the "Submit Query" button at the bottom of the page. Reports are due by August 31, 1996. Please let me know if you will be unable to meet that deadline.

I) Center/Institute Overview:

Your overview should include the mission of the center/institute and some recent accomplishments. It would be good to highlight engineering faculty involvement with the center/institute. The text should be about one page in length. Also, please forward to Jo Van Tassel in the Dean's Office a photograph to go with this overview. Alternatively you can have her select a photo from her archives.


Please check your input values, then submit an electronic copy by choosing the "Submit Query" button. The CGI form being used does not currently allow you to receive a copy of your submission (being modified), but we will return a paper copy to you for your records.
