Undergraduate and Graduate Research
Research is an important element of your educational experience at the University of Idaho. Regardless of what program you are in, from Curriculum & Instruction to our Leadership & Counseling option, there are numerous opportunities to get involved and contribute to groundbreaking research projects happening on campus and beyond.
Get out There: Abundant Research Opportunities
Depending on your interest areas and educational and career aspirations, you can identify student-grant funded projects or contribute to faculty and group-led research efforts. For example, recently two undergraduate students from the curriculum and instruction department worked with faculty member, Melissa Saul, to secure a $2,000.00 to grant to conduct research in Macedonia and Moscow, Idaho. Their research focuses on sustainability literacy, global citizenship and cross-cultural, place-based education.
