Dance Program Alumni
Graduates from the University of Idaho dance program have gone on to work for a number of dance studios and performance venues including Northwest Dance Center in Pullman, Washington; Canopy Dance Company in Madison, Wisconsin; American Dance Institute in Seattle; Live Horse Theatre in Chicago; That's Dancing school in Florida; and the Discovery Program in New York City.

Allison is the owner and director of Northwest Dance in Pullman, Washington.

Rachel Griffith, Spokane, Washington, BS Dance, 2006
Rachel is teaching at different studios in Spokane including a YMCA after school program at a local elementary school. "I have been teaching dance since graduating, along with going to dance conventions, and doing a few auditions. I love it. I just can't stop dancing!"
Julie Anderson, B. S. Dance, 2005
Julie is a certified teacher of Bill Evans Technique and resides in Denver, Colorado. She dances with Louder Than Words Dance Theatre and teaches for Parker Dance Academy and Colorado Ballet. Her choreography has won numerous awards.
Kelsey Hamon, Seattle, WA, BS in Dance, 2005
Kelsey taught at the American Dance Institute and choreographing for Julia's on Broadway in Seattle.
Jessica Roesner, B. S. Dance, 2004
Jessica spent four years as a full time faculty member of That's Dancing-a professional dance technique school. Owner of the successful Broward Dance Academy in Florida. She is certified to teach jazz and ballet from the Dance Masters of America.
Lori Higbee, Provo, Utah, BS Dance, 2003
Lori is teaching at local studios and community college while raising her family.
Rose Jaurequi, New York City, NY, BS Dance, 2003
After spending a summer at the Alvin Ailey school, Rose has found joy in teaching children creative movement and ballet at the Discovery Program. Rose "loves seeing the children grow each and every day. Because of Discovery, Rose has new found aspirations such as; writing children's books and even starting her own toddler clothing line."

Tara has taught at St Mary's University of Minnesota, Winona State University, and the Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts.
Sarah Nall, Spokane, WA, BS Dance, 2001
Sarah's experience includes being a part time faculty at Eastern Washington University teaching Music and dance theater. Head coach of the Gonzaga Preparatory High school dance club for a year and then moved on to teaching Music and dance theater at Eastern Washington University.
