Positive Changes, Better Health

Help people make positive changes in their health through better nutrition and an active lifestyle in your future career in exercise science and health. Study the human body and learn how exercise, healthy eating and psychosocial health behaviors improve wellness and reduce health issues. You might study metabolic rates, body composition and more in the Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics laboratories.
