Biography

Dr. Wattam is a native of  Havre, Montana.  He has served as a, Business Education Teacher, Elementary, Middle and High School Principal.   His interests in rural education and education law have provided leadership for small districts. His undergraduate work was in professional technical education. His military service with the United States Air Force was in communications maangement.
