Adult, Organizational Learning and Leadership program will prepare leaders in a wide range of careers including the business industry, higher education, government agencies and nonprofit organizations. It offers master, specialist, and doctoral degrees and also delivers professional certificates in Human Resource Development.

The degree and certificate programs have integrated courses of study. The certificate program is designed for working professionals who complete a five course graduate curriculum. These courses can be applied to a degree program should the student decide to continue.
