Known by the prefix AOLL, Adult Organizational Learning and Leadership, this program will prepares organizational leaders for career advancement in business, higher education, consulting, and the entrepreneurial world.
It offers master, specialist, and doctor degrees and also delivers professional certificates in Human Resources.

The degree and certificate programs have similar courses-of-study however the certificate program is designed for working professionals and follows a five course graduate curriculum. These courses can be applied to a degree program should the student decide to continue.
