Department of Leadership and Counseling

The Department of Leadership and Counseling in the College of Education at University of Idaho  prepares compassionate and competent professionals who transform schools and human service organizations into high achieving, inclusive, continuous learning communities. The graduate programs include, adult organizational learning and leadership, rehabilitation counseling and human services, educational leadership, professional practices doctoral and school counseling. 

The department delivers classes online, hybrid, and live, serving students throughout the state and nation.
