Melissa received a Fulbright-Hays Group Projects abroad grant which involved leading 13 interdisciplinary professors, teachers and students in a study abroad experience focusing on the Palestinian/Israeli conflict. Through this grant a curriculum and film will be disseminated that teaches United States students about global awareness, human rights, conflict resolution, and the Israeli/Palestinian conflict.
