About the College of Education
The University of Idaho College of Education is committed to serving the people of Idaho and the region by providing educational programs that emphasize leadership at all levels and are based on the latest research findings. College of Education undergraduate classes are offered in Moscow and selected program offerings are available in Coeur d’Alene. Graduate programs are offered in Moscow, Coeur d’Alene, and Boise but not all programs are available in all locations.
The College of Education has a strong reputation for innovation and excellence in Idaho, the Northwest, and beyond. We graduate a significant portion of Idaho’s school administrators, teachers and counselors and offer dynamic programs that are innovative, effective and often interdisciplinary. Our students emerge from their years here transformed by their experience and confident in their ability to contribute and to make a positive difference in their chosen profession.
The College of Education is not only about teacher preparation. We also offer programs in dance, athletic training, exercise science and health and recreation. Our graduate programs prepare leaders, counselors and sports psychologists – to name a few.
