Boise is a nice town to live.  It is small enough to still have a small town feel, but large enough to have a small arts community.  Boise is located near some incredible wilderness areas with excellent whitewater kayaking/rafting, snow sports, fishing, and other outdoor activities.  In the main part of town, most ammenities are within 10 minutes of each other.  Boise is in a semi-arid environment with an average of 234 sunny days and mild winters and warm summers.

The following pages give an outline of some of great features that Boise and surrounding area has to offer.

Temperature Averages
  January 22-36 degrees F
  April 37-61 degrees F
  July 58-90 degrees F
  October 29-65 degrees F
