Fee Payment

After you are registered in a class, a bill is generated with payment instructions.

  • Students are billed in July for fall semester and in December for spring semester.
  • If this is your first time taking classes at the University of Idaho, a paper bill will be sent to the address noted on your application/registration form.
  • If you took classes at the university in a previous semester, an electronic bill will be sent to your Vandal Mail account (a paper bill will not be mailed).
  • For questions call Student Accounts/Cashiers at (208) 885-7447 or (208) 885-2132.

You may also submit payment at the time of application. Please note, however, that all payments are due by the first day of class, whether or not a bill has been received.

  • Payment Online - Credit card payments and Web Check payments are only accepted online via the VandalWeb system. To access student account information, go to www.vandalweb.uidaho.edu. Click on LOGIN and follow the prompts. Once logged on, you will be able to review your account balance and pay with a credit card or webCheck by clicking on ONLINE BILL AND PAYMENT FORM under the Student Account Information menu. Contact Student Accounts/Cashiers at (208) 885-7447 or email acctrec@uidaho.edu for assistance if necessary.
  • Payment In Person - Payments may also be made in person by going to the Student Accounts/Cashiers Office located in the Student Union Building at 709 Deakin Avenue. It’s important to note that credit cards for fee payments are not accepted at the cashiers’ window.
  • Payment By Mail – If you have registered at least two weeks prior to the first day of class, you will receive a bill with payment instructions. Payment may also be submitted at the time of application via personal check or money order. Please note, however, that all payments are due by the first day of class, whether or not a bill has been received. The university accepts cash, checks or money orders (for the exact amount only). Make checks or money orders payable to Bursar and mail to Student Accounts/Cashiers, PO Box 444250, University of Idaho, Moscow, ID 83844-4250.
  • Please Note: Credit card payments are only accepted online through the VandalWeb system (www.vandalweb.uidaho.edu) once registration is complete. Payments made with a credit card will be charged a 2.5% service fee.

Refunds

Because dual credit courses are offered at a reduced rate of $65 per credit hour, there are no refunds made to students after the posted first day of the course.

Text Books

Dual credit students are responsible for purchasing their own textbooks. The University of Idaho Bookstore will have all the required textbooks for any class offered on the university campus. You may choose to buy textbooks from an Internet source but should take care to get the edition or version specified by the instructor.

On Campus Parking

A Dual Credit Program permit has been created for all student participants and is available at the Dual Credit Office. Three meter spaces located in lot 53 on University Avenue have been reserved for this program. Meter payment in these spaces is required in addition to properly displaying the permit (display permit in lower driver side of dash).

If the Dual Credit Program spaces are full, you may park in other available meter spaces with payment, however not all meters offer the same time limit. Be sure to read all information that is posted on the meters.

Meters on campus accept U.S. quarters, nickels and dimes only. You also have the option of purchasing an annual University of Idaho blue or red permit that allows parking in their respective colored lots.

For more complete information about campus parking regulations, important announcements, maps, and frequently asked questions, go to
www.uidaho.edu/parking or call 885-6424.
