Real Estate

The Real Estate Office coordinates all real estate transactions for the University of Idaho, including acquisitions, disposals, easements, leases, and licenses affecting the ownership and use of real property.  The office provides advice in achieving desired real estate outcomes for University programs and generally handles transaction negotiation and compliance with institutional approval policies.   Reporting to the Vice President for Finance and Administration, the office coordinates with all colleges and units within the University to ensure that both program and institutional objectives are met in the most effective manner. The real estate office does not manage University lands or facilities.
