Cessation Resources & More

Almost seventy percent of tobacco users want to quit, and the resources below can help. Counseling and medication are proven to be effective when used for treating tobacco dependence and the combination of the two are more effective than either alone. If you have tried to quit before, and you were unsuccessful, don't be discouraged. Multiple quit attempts are very common, don't give up! The following resources are available to students, employees and all Idaho residents.
