Green Office Certification
The Green Office Certification Program recognizes offices that implement sustainable practices and behaviors. The certification is based on work place practices in areas such as: energy conservation, green meetings, paper conservation, marketing and communications, purchasing, waste diversion, transportation and more.
Levels of Certification
- Level One: Bronze
- Level Two: Silver
- Level Three: Gold
- Level Four: Platinum
How to Apply for Certification
1. Complete the application and checklist online
2. After the certification audit is complete you will be awarded a Green Office Certificate and door placard

Why is the Green Office Certification Program Important?
The Green Certification Program’s support of education and outreach is in alignment with University of Idaho Climate Action Plan strategies. The impact of the program's criteria help reduce carbon emissions and conserve water and energy resources.
