We believe that EVERYONE has the potential to be a great leader.
Leadership is a journey, often times a collective journey. Like the road trip from Idaho Falls to Moscow, leadership takes time and good relationships with travel mates. It isn’t just a position or a title, it is being authentic, walking the walk, learning from mistakes, and empowering others.
The Department of Student Involvement offers fun and interactive personal and collective leadership development sessions. Our leadership programming is student-led and promotes inclusion, experiential learning, self-discovery, collaboration, and positive social change. We hope to transform students’ perspectives on leadership.
There is limited seats per session and registration is required. Be the first to register for a session on VandalSync. Vandal students who participate in a minimum of 6 hours (or 4 I Lead and/or Vandals Lead sessions) of our leadership development programming per semester are eligible to unlock and participate in our secret and fun leadership event at the end of each semester.
We cultivate a diverse community of leaders who collectively engage in and positively impact their communities and the world. The Department of Student Involvement recognizes our students’ achievements each year through our annual student achievement awards.
