Men's Ice Hockey Club
The University of Idaho Men’s Ice Hockey Club is a member of the American College Hockey Association, and is one of the longest running clubs at the University.
The club is a part of the Northern Pacific Hockey Conference, and opponents include Western Washington University, Portland State University, and Eastern Washington University. Teams compete for the NPHC title and a bid to the Western Regional Tournament.
The team competes in anywhere between 20-30 games per season, starting mid-September going through late February. Games are primarily on weekends, and practice is scheduled once or twice per week at the Palouse Ice Rink in Moscow, Idaho, which is a short 5 minutes from campus. Times are at Tuesday from 9-10 p.m. and other availability on the rink.
Other non-conference opponents include Gonzaga, Washington State, University of Washington, Central Washington University, Boise State University, Montana State University, Montana Tech, University of Oregon, and the University of Utah.
