Many Housing Options for Your Conferences

Summer Conferences has several housing options for your group from late May thru early August. The residence halls have a mix of single and double occupancy rooms. Each room comes with a twin bed, dresser, wardrobe, set of drawers and computer desk with chair. Guests are responsible for providing their own personal items such as irons and alarm clocks. Bedding is provided in the LLC’s and can be requested for the other housing options. Otherwise, you will need to bring your own bedding/sleeping bag. All suite/roommates must be the same gender.

Wallace Residence Center

Wallace Residence Center is the largest residence hall on campus, holding more than 900 beds. The building is divided into 4 wings. Students enjoy being conveniently located near Bob’s Place Dining Facility, game room and laundry facilities.

Rooms in Wallace are suite-style. Four beds per suite, two beds on each side of a shared bathroom. The rooms feature a micro-fridge, sink, vanity, twin beds, desks, chairs, dressers and closets.

Theophilus Tower

Theophilus Tower is an 11-story building equipped with stairs and two elevators. Floors are separated by gender. There are two twin beds in each room and include a micro-fridge, desks, chairs and closets. Community restrooms are located on each floor in a shared common area and offer many individual showers, restroom stalls and sinks. Laundry facilities are located in the basement.

Living Learning Community (LLC’s)

The Living Learning Communities (LLC’s) consist of 8 separate buildings. Each building offers suite-style living with two-to-five individual/single bedrooms within a suite. Each suite includes a full sized refrigerator, microwave, common lounge area and restroom. The individual rooms within each suite includes a twin size bed, desk, chair, dresser and wardrobe. All LLC buildings feature a full kitchen, dining area, lounge, study area, recreation room and laundry facilities on the main floor to be shared by all building guests.

McConnell Residence Hall

McConnell Residence Hall is equipped with three floors of single occupancy rooms; each floor is gender-specific. Rooms are furnished with a micro-fridge, twin bed, desk, chair, vanity and wardrobe. Common bathrooms are on each floor, with individual showers, sinks and stalls. In the basement are a small kitchen, laundry facilities computer lab and game room.

Targhee Residence Hall

Located on the south side of campus, Targhee Hall offers two floors of double occupancy rooms that include a Microfridge, two twin beds, two desks, chairs, dressers, and wardrobes. Each floor has a common bathroom, with individual showers and restroom stalls. Targhee also has a common full kitchen area, lounge, laundry facilities and recreation room.
