The University of Idaho Sustainability Center Food Think Tank is a student-led task force committed to empowering students to become more involved in decisions about food served on campus.
The Think Tank helps students identify campus food systems initiatives in collaboration with Campus Dining to make campus food systems healthier, more sustainable, and socially responsible. Our mission is to increase the university’s procurement of locally and regionally-grown food, to reduce waste, and make any other necessary improvements as identified by the task force.
Think Tank meets every Wednesday at 6:00 PM in Shoup 105.
