Regalia for Moscow Graduates
Online ordering closed on April 7. Moscow ceremony students may contact the Office of Alumni at 208-885-6154 or email about buying regalia the week of May 6-10.
Eligible honor students pick up an honor cord by Friday, May 10 at the Office of the Registrar during regular business hours.
Graduation products are available through the Office of Alumni.
Fall Commencement

Degree candidates should arrive at the ASUI-Kibbie Activity Center dressed in their regalia beginning at 11:30am for line-up procedures. Behind the stage, undergraduates will locate their college, graduate students the College of Graduate Studies, and law students the College of Law. College banners will be posted. Locate the staff person(s) in charge and pickup your name card. Note: Late arrivals will not receive a reader card or sit with their peers, making it difficult to cross the stage, so please arrive on time for line-up.
Full academic regalia are required for participation in the ceremony, including cap, tassel, and gown (plus a hood for graduate and law students). Buy your regalia and more at GradFest.
General seating in the ASUI-Kibbie Activity Center is free and on a first come basis, no ticket required. Reserved seating is available: Suite Seating $350, which includes 12 reserved seats and complimentary catering; Club Seating $15 per individual reserved club seat. Buy your reserved tickets, space is limited. No outside food or drink is allowed; concession stands will be open. Live streaming video will be available online the day of the ceremony.
The President's Office will host a reception immediately following the ceremony. Degree candidates, their families and friends, and faculty are all invited to come together on the main floor of the ASUI-Kibbie Activity Center. Light refreshments and photo opportunities will be provided.
Lodging will be limited in December due to Washington State University Commencement being held the same day. Family and friends are urged to make accommodations as early as possible.
