For Those Earning a Master's or Specialist Degree

Specialist and master’s candidates should arrive dressed in their regalia, wearing their hood, at 8:15 a.m. near the Administration Lawn. Locate the College of Graduate Studies banner and the staff person in charge. Pick up your name card and find your place behind the doctoral candidates. Late arrivals will not receive a reader card or sit with their peers, making it difficult for them to cross the stage, so please arrive on time for line-up.  Report to the Administration Lawn regardless of weather conditions; if weather is inclement, university staff will know whether alternate plans are arranged for the processional.
