GRADUATION ELIGIBILITY
Students must
apply to graduate and receive confirmation from their advisor or major professor that they are an eligible degree candidate. Students who want to participate in commencement, but will complete their degree requirements in a later semester must receive permission from their advisor or major professor and dean's office with a
Commencement Walk-Through Request form.

Lineup begins at 6:30 p.m.
University of Idaho at University Place in Idaho Falls Commencement Ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. at the Willard Arts Center Colonial Theatre. Degree candidates will be recognized individually and presented a diploma case as their name and degree are read. All degree candidates are asked to meet at 7 p.m. to start lineup procedures.
The President's Office will host a reception immediately following the ceremony. Friends, family, and faculty are invited to join in congratulating the new graduates. Light refreshments will be served.
Tickets are not required; however, seating is limited. Please RSVP your party's attendance by calling Carol Baldwin at (208) 282-7900.
Students or guests with disability-related needs are invited to contact Carol Baldwin at the Idaho Falls Center at (208) 282-7900. Please contact her as early as possible to allow time to arrange needed services and access. Requests are very difficult to arrange on the day of commencement.
