Housing
Graduate student housing and
family housing is available through the university in apartments ranging from one-room efficiencies to four bedrooms. Residence hall room and board contracts are also available. Because housing continues to be tight, potential graduate students are advised to reserve early. You may get current costs and other information from the
University Housing Web site.
Apartment Housing at the University of Idaho provides a unique community-focused living option for nontraditional students (over 25 years of age, graduate and law students, married couples or students with children). All of the units are smoke free.
Each apartment type has an ideal location. All units are within walking distance of the Student Recreation Center, the bookstore, classrooms, the Student Union Building, the arboretum, sporting events and Westpark Elementary school.
In an effort to meet student demands for housing on campus, priority for Apartment Housing is given to University of Idaho students. Apartment Housing for staff, faculty and post-docs is offered for a maximum of one year and is unavailable for renewal.
Off-campus housing lists are available through the
student government (ASUI) Web site.
Apartments for rent and houses in the area for sale or for rent are listed in the local newspaper. You may request a complimentary copy from the
Moscow-Pullman Daily News, PO Box 8187, Moscow, ID 83843 or by calling (208) 882-5561.
