Workshops

The College of Graduate Studies hosts different workshops throughout the year. These workshops are open to staff, faculty and students, and cover a range of topics including our Grad 101 workshop series which can answer many of the most common questions of our current graduate students as well as prospective students. You can find reference information for submitting and tracking your Thesis and/or Dissertation to helpful study guides.

Our Prestigious Fellowships Workshop provides information on the National Science Foundation's (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP), Ford Foundation Fellowship, and the National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate Fellowship (NDSEG), as well as other specific departmental fellowships. Brenda Hanley, our Graduate Student Fellowship Support Program Coordinator, will guide you through writing, preparing and applying for the fellowships.

The College of Graduate Studies is always hosting new workshops. Make sure to check back often for additional resources.
