Thesis and Dissertation Resources

Are you daunted by your dissertation? Struggling with a project proposal? Need a refresher course on properly citing sources? The Writing Center now has a dedicated consultant for graduate students who need help or support with these or any other writing issues.

Amy Ross is located just outside the Writing Center in Commons 326, and will be available for on-campus and off-campus consultations:

Monday: 1:00 – 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 9:00-11:00 a.m., 1:00–3:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 1:00 – 5:30 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00-11:00 a.m., 12:30–5:00 p.m.

Feel free to drop in during these times with any questions or concerns, or arrange an appointment via email at ross8344@vandals.uidaho.edu. Off-campus students can email their work (with the file attached in .doc or .rft format) and arrange appointments to discuss it.

Please note: appointments may start to fill up towards the end of the semester, when everyone's papers come due, so don't procrastinate! If you have an issue you'd like to work on, come in today!
