Focus Area Courses
Depth courses are designed to provide detailed knowledge of bioinformatics and computational biology.
MS Students will complete 6 credits of depth courses in a chosen focus area and 3 credits in the other two areas (9 credits).
PhD Students will complete 3 credits of depth courses in each of the two areas and 9 additional credits of depth courses (15 credits). Suggested depth courses are listed below, but other courses may be used. Thus, these depth courses are flexible but must be approved by committee members.
