“After working as a seasonal forestry technician and as a full-time employee for nine years, I needed assistance in taking the next step towards a professional career. The College of Natural Resources offered me the help I needed and more. In what seems like a short time, the four years at the university offered me a chance to create great personal friendships with the professors, staff and other students through courses, clubs and activities. The university also offered me an opportunity to spend a year studying abroad in Europe as an exchange student without compromising my graduation date. These educational experiences and opportunities have supplemented my own to create a solid foundation in natural resources management that will lead me towards a professional career.”
