Vehicle Reservation
To reserve a vehicle, please click the vehicle types below and fill out an online reservation request form. Reservations will be taken in the order they are received. It is possible to order multiple vehicle types with the same form. Please email Motor Pool with any questions.
Email confirmations and responses will be sent out soon after a request is received. Because of our limited office hours, we will no longer provide telephone reservations, or walk-ins.

Van (12 seatbelts) $60 per day
Daily Rate: $60
CNR Motor Pool offers 8 vans from the main University of Idaho campus. Each van can accommodate 12 passengers including the driver, and each has a minimum ground clearance of 6 inches. Each van has an automatic transmission.
Vans are located in red lot #64 east of the SRC (with the exception of X2752, which is located in gold lot #14 East of the Steam Plant)

Carryall (9 seatbelts) $57 per day

CNR Motor Pool offers 10 Carryall vehicles from the main University of Idaho campus and 2 from the McCall Outdoor Science School campus. Each Carryall can accommodate 9 passengers including the driver, and each has a minimum ground clearance of 7 inches. All vehicles have an automatic transmission.

CNR Motor Pool offers two 6-seat full-size pickups from the main University of Idaho campus. Each pickup can accommodate 6 passengers including the driver, and each has an automatic transmission.
