Food Service

The cozy main lodge, complete with beamed ceiling, stone fireplace and a view of the lake, seats up to 60 students for meals. Home cooked meals are served buffet style with a diverse salad bar at dinner - Sample Menu. Students prepare their own sack lunch each day to take along during their field studies. 2. Include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
3. Are as locally sourced as possible with minimal packaging.
4. Minimize sugars and trans fats.
