Deposit
The deposit is payment in full for the lodging portion of the first night of your reservation and is applied to the final bill. All deposits are nonrefundable.
Cancellation
Deposits are nonrefundable. You can cancel or amend your reservation anytime before 4 p.m. of the business day prior to your arrival. After 4 p.m. of the prior business day, you will be held responsible for payment in full, no exceptions. When changing your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally more than 14 days prior to arrival.
Sales Tax
6% sales tax is added to all charges. An additional 5% tax is added to lodging.
Tax-exempt Groups
To claim tax-exempt status, please provide a completed and signed ST101 form with your deposit. For help filling out the ST101, please call the Idaho State Tax Commission at 1-800-972-7660. Checks must be written from the bank account of the tax-exempt organization. When an organization collects fees for meals and lodging from individuals, tax must be paid even if the organization issues payment through their account.
