Our students are actively engaged in the natural resource community, with course and lab work as well as opportunities outside the classroom. You can get involved in a variety of organizations that support outreach, hands-on educational experiences and networking opportunities.

Stellar Students
Erin Bradetich, a senior majoring in forest resources, is carrying on a family tradition. The Sandpoint native comes from a family of foresters who encouraged her to follow her dream of working in the forest industry.

A summer job as a U.S. Forest Service hydrology technician and forest measurement and dendrology classes gave Erin the tools and experience she needed to pursue her career gaols of working for a small, private forestry company after she graduates.
