Wildlife Resources
Our wildlife science program will give you an exceptional science-based foundation with required courses in chemistry, biology, ecology, genetics, physics, soils, geology and specific wildlife courses.
You’ll also receive hands-on training to ensure the sound management and conservation of wildlife species in the context of public policy development and principles of sustainability and intelligent resource management. Through the completion of our program, you’ll have the ability to:
- Manage, organize and analyze research findings
- Clearly and concisely communicate with individuals and groups with varying technical and scientific backgrounds
- Accurately present and promote ideas, policies and initiatives
- Effectively plan, organize and prioritize activities to meet project deadlines
- Budget equipment, resources, people and materials to meet short and long-terms goals
