Student Internship
Each year, the Franklin H. Pitkin Forest Nursery offers internship opportunities with flexible work options to graduate and undergraduate students.
The internship offers:
- Up to 40 hrs/wk internship available to full time (graduate 9 credits) and undergraduate (12 credits) students with no restrictions on how many months they can work.
- Up to 19 hrs/wk internship available to part-time graduate and undergraduate students (40 hr/wk if the student works less than 5 months).
- Up to 40 hrs/wk internship available to full time graduate (graduate 9 credits) and undergraduate (12 credits) students who share their working hours between departments or colleges. Example: Students are able to work 20 hrs/wk in the College of Agricultural/Life Sciences and 20 hrs/wk in CNR.
