Strategic Plan
The University of Idaho Strategic Action Plan is a road map for the enhanced distinction and strength of our institution. In response to the challenge from President White and Provost Baker, we have created our own college strategic plan that identifies our distinctions and dovetails with the university’s strategic plan. We completed this working document in December 2007 and will revisit and update this document each September. We have begun an ambitious implementation of 18 strategies from the plan that we identified as points of departure.Implementation of our college strategic plan requires personal ownership for success. Over the semester, you are urged to ask yourselves daily how we can strategically build on our productivity and make our department, college and university a more satisfying place to live, learn and work. Please use the strategic plan to guide your decisions and roles within the college. Watch for communication on progress being made on each of the 18 priority strategies, find ways to engage in the process, and provide your ideas, expertise and energy for the future good of CNR.
