For those unfortunates who can't access any of the above and who don't
get a news feed of any kind at their site, it is possible to receive Usenet
news via e-mail. Send a mail message to <kbd>LISTSERV@cc1.kuleuven.ac.be</kbd>
with
<PRE>
/nnhelp
</PRE>
in the body of the message to receive instructions on how to use this
netnews -> mail gateway. Normally you would use a command such as
<PRE>
/GROUP rec.sport.rugby SINCE date
</PRE>
in the body of your mail message. (Note that this method is very slow and 
inconvenient and not recommended unless you're really desperate.)

Unfortunately, /NEWSGROUPS shows that rec.sport.rugby is not one of
the supported groups.
