There are currently two rugby magazines published in the U.S.: Rugby magazine and Rugby Union magazine. Rugby is older with a circulation of 10,500. It is printed on newsprint, mostly in black and white, and contains much detail on rugby events both in the US and overseas but especially in the US. Every year in February they publish a very comprehensive listing of Rugby clubs in the US. Rugby Union started publication in 1993. It is a glossy color publication (they advertise themselves as "North America's only full-color rugby magazine") covering North American and world rugby. The format of Rugby Union is rather different, being more "popular" and less detailed than Rugby. It's a matter of taste which, if either, or both, you prefer.

We should also mention the USA Women's Rugby Newsletter And the US Rugby Football Foundation puts out a quarterly newsletter from the Eagles coaching staff, on tactics and other coaching issues, called The Texas Rugby Union puts out a newsletter: Overseas rugby magazines include:
