To play any of these videos you will need at least an 8-bit graphics screen and a program that can play mpeg video. This program is typically not part of your www browser. Under X11 it is usually called mpeg_play and is available free. (By default, NCSA's Mosaic for X11 expects to find mpeg_play in your search path so if you have this fully installed you should be set to go.)

Please note the size of the mpeg files before you download them. Based on typical ftp transfer rates into this site, I would expect that it will take of order 1 minute/Mbyte to download these files, even longer if you have a very slow Internet connection (i.e. anything slower than a moderately loaded half-T1, which is the speed at this end).
