You will need an external viewer to view any of these
photos as they are not in-line images.

Note that the (X11 Mosaic) default viewer, xv, may not handle jpeg files. 
If that is the case then you can add a line such as
<PRE>
<code>image/jpeg; xloadimage %s</code>
</PRE>
to your .mailcap file (assuming you have another viewer such as xloadimage that 
will
do the trick).
