24-Hour Theatre Project
University of Idaho Department of Theatre hosts its 24-Hour Theatre Project annually during fall semester.
The event showcases several 10-minute plays were written, cast, rehearsed and presented in the last 24 hours.
Auditions are completed the day before, then volunteer playwrights spend the night writing scripts for the new cast. Plays must be no longer than 10 minutes and meet specific requirements.
Teams of directors, actors and playwrights spend the following day rehearsing, finishing their work with an evening show.
