Anna Banks
Associate Professor of Performance and Movement
Anna Banks has a Ph.D. in Communication Arts and Sciences. She is an Anusara-Inspired yoga instructor, and is registered with the Yoga Alliance (RYT 200). She teaches nonverbal communication, yoga, breath awareness, and meditation classes which emphasize body awareness and which help actors to focus, center, and connect with themselves.

Associate Professor of Theatre; Head of Dramatic Writing Program
Robert Caisley is Associate Professor of Theatre, and Head of the Dramatic Writing Program at the University of Idaho. He has worked in the entertainment industry as a Creative Consultant for The History Channel, Triage Entertainment, and for North by Northwest Productions, Netter Digital Entertainment and New Wave Entertainment.

Chris DuVal
David Christopher DuVal
Assistant Professor
Christopher is an Assistant Professor of Theatre teaching in the Performance Program. He has been a guest instructor and fight director at various colleges and universities. As an actor and fight director, Christopher’s work has been seen at numerous regional theatres. Christopher was a Company Member at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival for 11 seasons - where he worked as an Actor, Theatrical Combat Instructor, Fight Captain, School Tour Team Director, and Associate Fight Director.

Carrie Lawrence
Lecturer, Costume Shop Manager
Carrie is currently the Costume Shop Manager, and oversees all aspects of the costume production phase for each play at the University of Idaho. She is often the head draper and creates patterns for the costumes, or mentors student drapers towards the same goal, as well as managing the administrative aspect to the shop.

Professor of Performance
David Lee-Painter is professor of theatre and teaches performance and directing. Active with the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival, he is the outgoing Chair of Region VII, past national Chair of Chairs, national Member at Large, proud member of the 2008 National Selection team, and the National Directing Coordinator.

Stephanie Miller is an associate professor of theatre she is the resident scenic designer for the Department and head of the design area. Stephanie teaches courses in Scene Design, Advanced Scene Design, Scene Painting and Scenographic Techniques as well as individual and directed studies at the graduate and undergraduate level.

Kelly Quinnett
Associate Professor of Performance
Kelly Eviston Quinnett is an associate professor and head of acting. As an actor, she has extensive experience in professional theatre and film and has performed regionally at Spokane Interplayers, Flat Rock Playhouse, New York Theatre Lab, Coeur D’Alene Summer Theatre and Mill Mountain Theatre. Kelly is a former winner of the National Irene Ryan Acting Competition presented by The Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival.

Cheri Vasek
Associate Professor of Costume Design
Cheri Vasek is Associate Professor of Costume Design and Technology at the University of Idaho. In addition to courses in costume design and theatrical makeup, she also teaches costume crafts (masks and millinery), pattern development and Asian Theatre History. She recently completed a year of extensive research in costumes, textiles and dye techniques throughout Asia.

Justin P. Walsh is the Technical Director at the University of Idaho and for Idaho Repertory Theatre in the summer. Before coming to Idaho Justin spent several years working at various regional theatres including Hartford Stage Company, Long Warf Theatre, Glimmerglass Opera, and Alabama Shakespeare Festival. His professional interests include: CAD, industrial safety, scenic technology and Archival Photography.

Lindsey began work with the University of Idaho Theatre Arts Department and the Idaho Repertory Theatre in June of 2009. She will be assisting the department with their marketing and graphic design for the upcoming academic year performances and through the summer for Idaho Repertory Theatre. Lindsey received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design and then an M.B.A., both from West Virginia University. She has worked as a freelance graphic designer on a variety of projects, and most recently worked as an account manager and graphic designer for a school yearbook publishing company.

Krysta has been the Office Manager/Admin Assist III of the Theatre Dept. and Idaho Repertory Theatre since July 2003. Krysta is also a photographer and writer. Krysta Ficca Photography is her side business, which includes headshots, senior photos, weddings, family portraits, cards and framed photography. Krysta has three lovely children and the sweetest redheaded grandbaby ever!
