Best-selling author Paul Loeb will tell students why their opinions matter — and how to make their voices heard — when he speaks next month at the University of Idaho. His talk, titled “Soul of a Citizen: Making a Difference in Challenging Times,” will begin at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, in the Vandal Ballroom of the Bruce M. Pitman Center.
