Step 1. Call 855-HELP, e-mail helpdesk@uidaho.edu, or go to the HelpDesk at TLC 128 (next to the Idaho Commons) to get free computer support.

Step 2. If the HelpDesk can't help you, then see Jillian to schedule an on-site visit.  We will try to group these visits, because the charge is $50 per hour.
