University Symphony Orchestra
The University Symphony Orchestra (MusA 122/322/522), directed by Dr. Ferenc Cseszko, is open to all student string players by audition. Wind players are also selected by audition with the School of Music faculty. The Orchestra plays master works from all musical periods, concentrating on the "classics" of orchestral repertoire. The orchestra program is recognized as one of the most outstanding in the Northwest. Our students have a fine record of accomplishments in competitions and in the professional field. The Orchestra rehearses four hours per week.
Tuesday/Thursday 3:30 - 5:20 p.m.
