Two long-lasting and ongoing partnerships significantly expand the Martin Institute’s reach. The International Studies degree program came to be housed in the Institute and supported by Institute staff in 1997; the Martin Institute provides the co-curricular programming that creates a particularly dynamic experience for IS majors, and contributes to the curriculum as well. The Borah Committee has long received programmatic support, long-term guidance, and budget oversight for the annual event which has long been one of the university’s signature events.
