Acting Audition Requirements
University Students
Saturday March 2, 10:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. University of Idaho Hartung Theater
(Sign-up Sheet in Shoup Hall)
- Audition Length: 7 minutes
- Sign up for a 10 minute slot (sign-up sheet on the Shoup Hall bulletin board)
- Prepare: 2 monologues (1 Shakespeare, 1 contemporary) and optional 16 bars of music a capella
- Bring: resume, headshot, and IRT Application Form (available on the Shoup Hall Bulletin Board or Download)
Community Members
Saturday March 9, 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. University of Idaho Hartung Theater
- Option 1 (at 1:30 pm) Prepared Monologues: 7 minutes maximum length
- Option 2 (beginning at 2:00 pm) Cold readings from The Merry Wives of Windsor
- Both options, please bring a resume and complete an IRT Application Form (available at the audition or Download)
Technology & Management Application Requirements
University Students and Community Members- Submit an IRT Application Form (available on the Shoup Hall bulletin board)
- Submit a resume or two (2) IRT Recommendation Forms
- Application materials may also be found at www.idahorep.org.
- All materials must be submitted by Friday, March 29th, 2013.
