David Sigler #54

David Sigler, 6’4”, played basketball many years ago—and sparingly so!—with the Queen’s University Golden Gaels. Tragically, these were the best years of his life. The 1997-98 Gaels media guide euphemistically declares that “Dave will be looked upon to set screens, rebound and play good post defense,” and promises, with guarded but admirable optimism, that if he does so he “should see increased floor time.”  Sigler is now an Assistant Professor of English at the University of Idaho, where he performs similar functions for the UI English department and teaches British Romantic literature, besides.
