Moscow Community Chinese Language Courses

Moscow Chamber of Commerce
In 2004 linguist David Graddol said: "In the next decade the new "must learn" language is likely to be Mandarin Chinese." Well, the future is here...Chinese is the fastest growing language in the world and each year more and more schools, universities, and communities are making the effort  to learn this important language. The University of Idaho Confucius Institute will be teaching two 12-week introductory Chinese language courses for interested business people and community members at the Moscow Chamber of Commerce.

  • Tuesdays, January 26 - May 3, 2016 from 6-7 PM
  • Thursdays, January 28 - May 5, 2016 from 6-7 PM
Classes are $50.00 for 11 weeks of instruction for the Tuesday or Thursday class. Individuals may register for both class sessions, if desired, for $100.00. Content delivered would be the same for both days. No experience with Chinese or other foreign languages is necessary to enroll. Class participants will receive a certificate of completion from the UI Confucius Institute upon successful completion of the course.

For more information or to register for one of these classes, please contact the UI Confucius Institute at 885-7110 or confucius@uidaho.edu.
